Hi George, here is curious Botanist and admirer of large trees, Erwin. Hence my question: do you know if the old American Beech at Hueston Woods is still alive? It was most useful to know sizes of girth (CBH) and height, and the accurate location, as the one added by Mark at MT looks not precise. The American Beech is presented at https://www.monumentaltrees.com/en/photos/31829/ and https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Beech_with_Branches.jpg Kind regards
